• attribute a carbon footprint to an individual

Besides our staff, we anonymise your data and share this information with:

• your employer in order to help understand how footprints are generated and therefore in which areas the workforce require support to reduce their footprints.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter their individual emissions data, we'll be unable to calculate your personal footprint .

We keep your information safe by storing it in servers which meet the highest security standards and only allowing our staff to access individual footprint results .

We keep your information for three years at which point we securely destroy it by erasing it from our databases.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at connect@sustainablerewards.com.
